Exposed brick walls, juxtaposed with white washed brickwork which are enhanced by numerous nooks and niches and feature ornamental barn doors. The wide-plank wooden floors are all one level giving 1,600 square feet . This is a blank canvas, ready to dress as you desired, or enhance the various eclectic props almost exclusively second hand gems that are dotted around the space.

The entire space is cut through at a diagonal with a striking staircase which rises to the upper level (currently used as a residential space (but can be hired at additional cost) It’s a unique feature with an open bath feature wood floorboards throughout open beams and industrial pipes lending it great character (can be used for aerial shots, or placing lighting)

The partially glazed vaulted ceiling brings in natural day light with an unusual hessian pleat design and original wooden beams, (suitable for draping or hanging lights) providing a rustic and authentic warehouse feel to the space. The sprawling main level leads onto a kitchen area and out onto the exterior cobbled rear courtyard where you will find the cobbled area has it’s own covered bar area and several seating areas, perfect for exterior shots and serves as an inviting destination for lounging or entertaining shots .The industrial beauty of the adjacent building adds an additional quirky view to this otherwise quaint court yard. Full of luscious plants and potted trees it displays huge pots of swaying bamboo trees and lush overgrowth all around with an iron staircase leading to a quirky rooftop greenhouse and further sitting area (great for aerial shots onto the main yard).
